The Client

Areal Property is an end to-end real estate service provider for clients who wish to invest, sell, lease or live in Australia. They are located in Box Hill, Victoria Australia and provide property related services that covers both residential and commercial sector.

Since 2019 they have been supporting homeowners and landlords living around the world in leasing and asset management through first-class relationship management services with professional knowledge, focus and care.

Problem

Ryan and Daisy from Areal reached out to me to see if I could help design a corporate portfolio for their upcoming International Property Awards in the UK application for 2021. The awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property & real estate industry. Considering the gravity of the awards having an international recognition, it was the time that I proved myself for even better standards of work.

We had a brief call and agreed upon our milestones, deadlines and requirements.

Solution

I researched about about 20 real estate brochure designs from classic to cotemporary and provided them with a few samples. We then agreed upon our designs theme and identity for the brochure.

The result

I completed this 60 page long brochure project in a duration of one week. At the end, Areal wanted me to design another similar brochure for "Letting's Agency" category which was completed in a week more of January 2021.
In fact, they also won the competiton on "Single Office" and "Letting's Agency" category for Asia Pacific 2021.
